Valerie Attended John Jay College of Criminal Justice where she majored in Forensic Psychology. Her love for health and fitness led her to a vegan lifestyle and healthy eating habits. As a single mom, she saw how important it was for her to self-educate and do something different in order to leave a legacy for her child. A motivating force was seeing how her father went from living a lavish and prosperous life to having nothing and living in a shelter.
